These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cleaning services provided by Shiny Touch Cleaning Services Ltd. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.


1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a cleaning service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises

  • Inform us of delicate, damaged, or valuable items

  • Secure pets and personal belongings

  • Provide electricity and running water during the appointment

We may decline work where safety, hygiene, or property risks are present.


2. Quotes & Payment

  • All quotes are based on the information provided and/or our walk-through assessment.

  • Quotes may be adjusted if additional work, heavy cleaning, or undisclosed conditions are present.

  • Payment is due on the day of service unless special arrangements are made.

  • We accept cash, bank transfers, or other payment methods agreed in advance.

Failure to pay may result in additional charges or suspension of services.


3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property, a call-out or full-service charge may apply.


4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours

  • We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no cost

  • Refunds are considered only if a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the issue

This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, stains, or issues beyond normal cleaning.


5. Client Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate property details

  • Remove or secure valuables

  • Declare any fragile or high-value items

  • Ensure the working environment is safe

We are not liable for damage caused by items improperly secured or already in poor condition.


6. Liability & Insurance

We are fully insured for public liability and accidental damage. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing wear, damage, or defects

  • Items not declared as fragile

  • Discoloration, ageing, or stains that cannot be removed by standard cleaning

  • Damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the client


7. End of Tenancy Cleaning

Our end of tenancy service is performed to a UK inventory-standard checklist.
However, we cannot guarantee results for:

  • Areas not accessible

  • Heavy staining such as mould, limescale, or carpet marks beyond surface cleaning

  • Pre-existing damage or wear identified in the inventory


8. Use of Website

Users agree not to:

  • Copy or reuse website content

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality

  • Engage in unlawful behaviour or misuse of online forms

All website content is the property of Shiny Touch Cleaning Services Ltd.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Revised versions will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
